Recognizing and developing leaders for the future is a critical challenge facing today’s business organizations. Noting this fact, the University of Evansville has worked with community business leaders to create the region’s only Executive MBA – a program that will meet the demands for today and tomorrow’s leaders.

The University of Evansville Executive MBA Program is applicable for executives, managers and professionals with over five years of work experience from private and nonprofit organizations as well as the public sector. The 20-month long program schedule is designed to meet the needs of individuals with an undergraduate degree, from any background, earned from a regionally accredited program.

Cohort Program

The Executive MBA Program is designed as a cohort program; all students proceed through the program as a class group. This program takes 20 months to complete. The curriculum is delivered in five consecutive terms with classes held on alternate weekends (Friday evening and Saturday scheduling).

In addition to the core courses, the weekend sessions include informal instruction and learning exercises that emphasize global themes, such as foreign language instruction and cultural awareness. The weekend sessions also include invited speakers and other opportunities for students to exchange ideas and engage in learning outside of the classroom.

The Executive MBA Program is designed as a cohort program; all students proceed through the program as a class group. The distinctive curriculum has a global perspective with local applications and is delivered in five consecutive terms with classes held on alternate weekends (Friday evening and Saturday scheduling).

The University of Evansville Executive MBA Program admits a single class of approximately 12-20 students. The class stays together throughout the program. Courses are taught by faculty members of the Schroeder Family School of Business Administration as well as guest speakers.
