Dr. Robert A. Clark is Schroeder Family Dean and Professor of Finance and International Business in the Schroeder Family School of Business Administration at the University of Evansville, Evansville, IN. Prior to his current assignment he was Director, International Business Institute and Associate Professor of Finance in the College of Business Administration at Butler University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and served as a Pension Administrator and Controller prior to his assignment at Butler University. He received his BA in Spanish, BS in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Maine. He earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University in Finance. Dr. Clark taught Corporate and Managerial Finance, Derivatives, Investments and International Business. |

Dr. Blalock is Chair of the Department of Accounting and Business Administration and Professor of Economics at the University of Evansville. Dr. Blalock received his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. He also holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Arkansas and recieved a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Arkansas. His research interests include continuing work on economic impact models and various pedagogic issues in teaching principles of economics. |

Jill Griffin is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Evansville. She earned her Ph.D. in Marketing at the University of Texas at Austin. Jill also holds an MBA and an M.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in Economics from Indiana University, and a B.A. in Mathematics and Russian from Trinity University. Jill worked in marketing and business development at Dell Computer Corporation and in management consulting at Deloitte Consulting prior to completing her Ph.D. She has also worked as an instructor in Russia and Bulgaria. Jill’s primary research interests include consumer decision making, consumer search behavior, and retail assortment strategies. She has served as a reviewer for the European Marketing Academy. |

She has degrees in English from the University of Evansville (B.A.) and Indiana University (M.A.). |

Katherine L. Kleindorfer is a visiting assistant professor of management at the University of Evansville where she teaches classes in leadership and global strategy. She also has worked as a strategy and leadership development consultant since 1989. Her clients include small, medium and large (Fortune 500) firms as well as non-profit organizations. Dr. Kleindorfer has a great deal of experience in the areas of organizational assessment, strategy, team development, leadership development, problem solving, and facilitation. In addition to more than 30 years of work experience in various corporate positions and as a consultant, Dr. Kleindorfer has a Ph.D. in management with a minor in organizational psychology from St. Louis University, an MBA from the University of Evansville and MSSW in psychiatric social work from the University of Louisville. She has also served as an adjunct professor for both undergraduate and graduate classes. In 2003, she received the Outstanding Teacher award for the MSPSA program at UE. |

Christine L. McKeag is the assistant dean of the Schroeder Family School of Business Administration and an assistant professor of accounting, serving on the faculty since 1977. She teaches Principles of Accounting, Financial Accounting Lab, Intermediate Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. Professor McKeag received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and a BS from the Pennsylvania State University in 1970. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Manager. She received the 2003 Dean’s Teaching Award and was named the 2005-06 Exemplary Professor at the University of Evansville. |

Laura Paglis is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business Administration. Dr. Paglis was awarded the Dean's Teaching Award in 2002 and the Dean’s Research Award in 2004. She teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, and Decision Making. Dr. Paglis earned her Ph.D. in 1999 from Purdue University in Organizational Behavior. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University in 1985, and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in Illinois in 1987. Before graduate school, Dr. Paglis worked for eight years at Amoco Corporation in Chicago (now BP) in various accounting positions. |

Pete Sherman is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Evansville. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Policies and Strategy with areas in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior from the University of Nebraska. Pete holds an MBA from Creighton University and a BA in Economics from the University of Kansas. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., Pete was in the investments business for approximately eight years, including time with Ameritrade Corporation and Chase Manhattan Investment Services. Pete co-founded an investment advisor business. Research interests include realistic previews, cognitive biases and ethics. Pete was also the Sam Walton Fellow for Students in Free Enterprise at the University of Nebraska from 2001 to 2003. |

Michael Trachtenberg is Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Evansville this year. He expects to receive his Ph. D. in Financial Economics from the University of New Orleans in 2010. He has also earned an MS in Financial Economics from the University of New Orleans, a JD from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA from Rice University. His current research interests include effects of regulation on capital structure, agency issues revealed in accounting data, and the effectiveness of financial education. |

Mike Zimmer is the Guthrie May Endowed Professor of Business at the University of Evansville, where he has served on the faculty since 1976. He teaches principles of economics, intermediate microeconomics, regression analysis, and econometrics. Dr. Zimmer received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Tennessee in 1977. He also holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a BA in mathematics and economics from the University of North Carolina - Asheville. His current research interests include applied labor economics. |

Dr. Greg Rawski was honored as one of 12 future leaders of Indiana selected as recipients of the Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders by the Indiana Humanities Council. The Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders recognizes outstanding young Indiana leaders between the ages of 19 and 29 for their achievements in entrepreneurial, community, education, and cultural arenas and for their commitment to Indiana. As part of the Governor’s Award for Tomorrows Leaders a monitory gift of $1,000 is given to each award recipient. Rawski is granting his gift to create an annual scholarship for young leaders at the University of Evansville. |

James Schaefer is a professor of accounting. He joined the University of Evansville in 1990, after completing his DBA in Accounting from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Journals in which Dr. Schaefer has co-authored articles include Research in Accounting Regulation, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, and Accounting Historian’s Journal. Dr. Schaefer’s main research areas are the regulation of accountants and management information systems. Dr. Schaefer maintains several professional certifications, which include Certified Information Systems Auditor, Project Management Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Public Accountant (State of Iowa). |

Walayet A. Khan is a Professor of Finance at the University of Evansville. He received his Ph.D. in 1990 in finance from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Dr. Khan is an active research scholar and he maintains a consistent record of scholarly work. He has published papers in numerous finance journals, including the Journal of Financial Research and the Financial Review. He has also presented papers in regional, national, and international conferences. He has served as consultant to many national and regional organizations, including the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange, Attain (Electronic Communications Network), and the Signature School in Evansville. Dr. Khan is a recipient of several awards, including 1996 outstanding teacher of the year (UE) and 2006 UE Global Scholar. |

Soumen De is Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Evansville where he has served on the faculty since 1988. Dr. De Received his DBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University in 1988. He also holds an MBA in Finance from Indian Institute of Management and a B. Tech (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from India Institute of Technology. His current research interests include International Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions. Dr. De has conducted a two-week seminar in Financial Analysis for the Executives of Whirlpool Corporation. He has also conducted The Merrill Lynch Certified Financial Managers Program for the Account Executives of Merrill Lynch. He also began the "Why College?" summer program at the University of Evansville under the auspices of the Eli Lilly Grant. His teaching interests include Corporate and International Finance and Financial Institutions and Money & Banking. He was named a UE Global Scholar for the 2007-2008 academic year. |

Peter Rosen is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Evansville where he teaches both Information Systems and General Business courses. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems in 2005 from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from San Diego State University of 1996, and a B. A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1993. He currently teaches MGT 311 - Management Information Systems, MGT 445 - Database Management, MGT 450 - Knowledge Management, and ID 150 - The American Corporation. His research interests include the areas of social networking websites and their use, personal innovativeness, technology acceptance and use, technology in the classroom, data privacy, customer relationship management, and knowledge discovery techniques. |
